Try This Breathing Exercise For Panic Relief

This controlled breathing technique is really easy and also
very effective.

So all you need to do is breathe in through your nose and
count to 7 and then breathe out through your mouth and count
to 11.

Do this until you to start to feel calmer.

When you are doing this breathing exercise I think you are
so focused on counting and breathing that it takes your mind
off what it happening.

It also makes sure you are breathing and you are getting
the much needed oxygen into your body
