DISCOVERY

Its best to adopt the chinese drinking habit of hot soup or warm water after a meal.Cold water solidifies the oily stuff in the meal you have consumed and slows down digestion, once this oily mud reacts with the stomach acid ,it will breakdown and be absorbed by the intestine than the solid food. The oil will line the intestine and convert itself into fats which eventually lead to cancer and do you know that fish contains vitamins and mineral which contains low fats and oil high in polyunsaturated acids known to protect the body against heart disease.Children who eat oily fish may have lower risk of getting asthma

protecting your self, your families and your patients is the best prevention :
1. wash your hands since most viral illness are transmitted by contact. washing your hands will decrease the spread of the illness among your family, colleagues and patients.
2. never rely totally on antiseptic hand cleanser; they need to be washed off with soap and water periodically to remain effective.
3. teach children to wash there hands often. washing with soap and hot water for at least 20 seconds is ideal ( that's about as long as it takes to sing the "happy birthday" song twice).
4. sneeze or cough into a tissue or into your elbow, and instruct others in this mode expecially children.
5. stay home when you are ill, keep children from school to avoid spreading viruses in the community.
