Weight Loss and Health Benefits of Pu-reh Tea

Many people have heard about the “new” craze in weight loss. Pu-erh tea is being touted as a powerful weapon for those who wish to drop pounds, and medical research suggests that it has additional health benefits, as well. Ironically, this “new” discovery is actually over 2000 years old!
Pu-Reh tea has been grown and processed in China for reaching as far back as the year 202 BCE. Historically, the tea leaves were hand-picked and then either immediately pressed into tea cakes and sold as “raw” or “green” pu-erh, or put through a fermenting process. Historically, the fermentation was created by taking the green tea cakes and storing them for up to 100 years. In 1975 the Kunming Tea Factory developed a much faster fermentation process that remains in use today.
Modern pu-reh tea is hand-picked, and then spread out to dry. Each day the leaves are turned, splashed with water then covered with a cloth. After 40 to 40 days the fermentation process is complete, and the tea is then fully dried and pressed into cakes for shipping and storage.
The Chinese have used pu-reh tea for centuries to treat “internal dampness.” This condition is thought to be a buildup of excessive internal energy created from an inability of the spleen to process energy that is received from the stomach. Other uses are weight loss, improving blood circulation, removing toxins from the body, curing dysentery and treating hangovers.
Medical researchers have taken interest in the health benefits of pu-reh tea, and multiple studies have suggested that the tea contains powerful chemical compounds that can improve health in a variety of ways. One study by the Wun-Shan Branch Tea Research and Extension Station in Taiwan looked at the effects of various types of tea on cholesterol levels. The study compared both the HDL-C (good cholesterol) and LDL-C (bad cholesterol) levels of lab rats when given green, black, oolong and pu-reh tea leaves. The results showed that the animals that consumed the cooked (fermented) pu-reh tea experienced significant increases in their levels of “good” cholesterol and reductions in their levels of “bad” cholesterol.
Human studies also suggest that pu-reh tea has the ability to markedly reduce cholesterol. A study at Kunming Medical College in China looked at 86 participants, all of whom had high cholesterol. Researchers gave 55 of the participants a daily regimen of pu-reh tea three times per day. The remaining 31 patients were given a cholesterol reducing drug. At the completion of the two month study, participants who consumed the pu-reh tea experienced a reduction in their blood cholesterol levels of 64.29%, as compared to the reduction of 66.67% experienced by the drug. The conclusion: all-natural pu-reh tea has a comparable effect on cholesterol levels as that of using a synthetic drug.
In this article we have focused on research that supports long-held beliefs about the health benefits of pu-reh tea. However, there are other natural products that also enhance health and aid in weight loss. In particular, green tea, oolong tea and raspberry ketones have all been shown to be powerful tools for anyone who wants to lose weight in a healthy, natural way while also improving their overall health.
Advanced Formula Tea Tone Plus combines thebenefits of pu-reh, green and oolong tea extracts and raspberry ketones in one powerful, all-natural supplement. Not only is it more convenient to

choose a combined supplement, it is also significantly less expensive than sourcing all four of these ingredients individually. Furthermore, the combination of these four potent components allows them to work in a synergistic manner, actually increasing the potency of each individual ingredient.
We invite you to browse our website for more information about the all-natural components of Advanced formula Tea Tone Plus.

The Biggest Secret of Successful Weight Loss When it comes to weight loss, the biggest hurdle that people face is that of getting started. They just don't have any idea of where to start from! If you are one of these people then this article is for you! It doesn't really matter whether you want to lose ten or hundred pounds, the tips I am going to share with you in this article are going to help you anyway! The first step to successful weight loss is to set some goals. Goals should be used in the same way as milestones are used on highways. Just as without any milestone, you will have no idea of where you are going, without a goal, you will have no idea of how much work you need to do to shed all the extra pounds! First you should ask yourself some questions: 1. How much weight you want to lose? 2. By when you expect to lose all the weight? Then write answers to these questions on a sheet of paper. Oh yeah, before I forget, let me tell you that writing your goals is one of the surefire ways of making sure that you never forget them! Write your weight loss goals on a piece of paper, make copies of that paper, and stick each paper on every place you can. Make sure you don't forget to stick this paper on your refrigerator and kitchen, since it is in these places that the demon called temptation tries to ruin your weight loss efforts! Setting goals is just not enough; in order to make the goals achievable, you must set REALISTIC goals. If you have a goal of losing sixty pounds within a couple of weeks or a month, that is not going to happen. Setting such unrealistic goals for yourself will nullify the very effect of goal setting. When you set unrealistic goals and fail to achieve the same, you will be disappointed and frustrated with yourself and your weight loss efforts. Ideally, no matter what you do, you would be able to lose no more than 1-2 pounds per week. So create your goals accordingly. If you want to lose sixty pounds, it will take you at least six-seven months to achieve the same! Set small and achievable goals for yourself so that when you achieve them, you will feel more confident to move forward. This is the biggest secret of successful weight loss!

The Naked Truth About Weight Loss

Have you noticed that almost all weight loss methods fail
miserably? Maybe you wonder why none of them seems to get the
job done—or even worse, you personally suffered through one that
ended up making you fatter. What if I told you there is a reason
the majority of weight loss remedies are not only useless but
also downright dangerous? Let’s reveal the naked truth.

Here it is. "The surprising reason is that the most diets, diet
foods, organic foods, healthy foods, medicines and all the rest
don't work is that they were deliberately designed not to work!

Now you might be thinking “Give me a break.” Or you possibly
believe I’m some kind of conspiracy nut or just plain nuts.
Well, let me ask you this question. Don’t you think it’s strange
that almost everyone fails in his or her endeavors to lose
weight? For the few that succeed, many of them gain the weight
back plus a few additional pounds.

I guess you could blame all the failures on their lack of
willpower. However, if you question a person who struggled to
lose weight through dieting and exercise, you may discover this
person gave his heart and soul, went to hell and back, and still
failed to discover success.

Has it occurred to you that members of the medical
establishment along with the pharmaceutical companies have us by
the proverbial “you know what?” Tragically, they are also
members of the political and financial establishment—and I’m
quite sure you are aware of what establishment types have done
to our once great country and its hapless citizens.

Have you heard this complaint from a family member, friend or
co-worker? “I’ve practically starved myself to death and yet I
haven’t lost a single pound.” You know, seeing a person suffer
in despair is quite sad.

We have to face the cruel truth. The medical establishment
depends on you getting sick and remaining sick most of your
life. Their power and money result from a “sickness” philosophy
permeating our society. Gee, imagine what would happen if
everyone suddenly acquired great health and well-being? Now in
all fairness, I do know some doctors who dedicate their lives to
helping you discover optimum health. In fact, I’ll soon
introduce you to one.

Here are some easy questions for you:

1.How would you like to lose weight and keep it off for good?

2.Would you like to live longer and feel great all the time?

3.Wouldn’t it be nice to get rid of conditions and even
disease?

4.How about staying fit, feeling good, looking younger and
becoming more vitalized than ever before?

I’m sure you don’t need to put much thought into those
questions.

There’s a reason people can’t seem to shed the unattractive and
unnecessary fat that hampers the quality of their life. Would
you believe there are dangerous parasites living inside their
guts (and even yours!) that excrete waste products that travel
to your brain, telling your "hypothalamus" to make you store
more and more fat for them to eat! Incredibly, these parasites
transform you into a giant food factory, living a gluttonous
life at your expense.

They can enter your body when you eat under-cooked food or
drink unsafe water. Of course, there are other means of parasite
invasion. Imagine these parasites laying thousands of eggs
inside your bowels. Maybe you don’t want to imagine it.

Fortunately, you can get rid of harmful parasites for once and
for all. Dr. Suzanne Gudakunst displays a dedication to helping
people save their lives, gain vibrant health and happily obtain
a sexier and fit body with her Top Secret Fat Loss Secret.

Best weight loss tips

Losing weight is easier said than done. Whilst eating fewer calories and working out more sounds pretty straight forward, as dieters you are always confronted with the problem of either eating too little and being pursued by sugar cravings and a weak metabolic rate or working out like crazy only to find hours later that your appetite is making you eat all that you have just burned off.

If any of the above overview sounds like you, then the upcoming techniques constructed by top physicians can help you to lose those excess lbs without you majorly having to change your diet.

Tip one Eat soup– whether you’d want to do this before lunch or tea, trials indicate that consuming a half a bowl of soup more than thirty minutes before a meal can help you to eat less. The key is to eat it hot so you don’t eat it too fast as this will help your body to break it down it more efficiently – thus quickening your calorie burn – and more importantly send satiety signals to your brain. PLEASE BE AWARE: do not eat creamy soup as this will have a higher fat content

Tip two Dont' eat right before you go to be – there is more to dieting than watching your calorie consumption. The types of meals you eat can also influence your shape. Research by dieticianFugh-Berman concludes that eating high fat foods such ice cream up to half an hour before fall asleep can decrease your calorie burn and increase fat storage during the night.

Three Pretend you are from the city - it is a well-known fact that people who live in cities are lighter than those who don’t live in the city because of their high levels of 'accidental exercise'. From walking to their local grocers to running a physical task, incidental walking can easily be added into your daily life and luckily for you doesn't feel like exercise.

You don’t even have to live in the city to benefit from it either. Simply make the choice to swap lifts for stairs, to park a few blocks from your grocers so you have to walk the distance to and fromor dust your home more and all this unchecked walking will mount up to increased weight loss.

Four Add some chilli – if you love eating chilli in your meals, then this strategy is one to add to your dietary plan. Research has discovered that chilli has got appetite suppressant abilities that can help you to reduceyour food cravings. Simply try to include up to a tsp – depending on your preferences – to your diets.

Tip five Decreaseyour coffee intake - the beverages you ingest can add 100+of of calories to your nutritional intake every single day without you recognising it is happening. A Starbucks mocha for example contains over 260 calories, so be aware of what you drink and bear this in mind when monitoring your calorie intake.

6. Experiment with a herbal supplements– if you wish to benefit from extra support for your weight loss journey, then taking a dietary pill such as natural fat binder Proactol into your weight loss system can help. Clinically proven to bind up to 28% of your dietary fat intake whilst curbing your appetite, the soluble and non-soluble fibres within this pill can help you to overcome the hunger pangs created by dieting and ensure that you always in control of your diet.

What's more, your weight loss occurs with little or no effort on your part because it is the new scientific breakthrough is very promising. After all, think of all the new drugs and medical treatments that we hear almost daily that have changed the lives of all people who have tried. If it can happen in these areas, it can happen in weight loss as well. And even if the version of this week does not happen to be the ultimate answer, it is worth trying. It might just work. You never know if you try.

Advertisements on television and in magazines that work patterns and new products. Many guarantee your success and give you your money if you do not lose all the weight you want. They would not be able to make such promises if they do not have the scientific evidence and success to back them up.

ketnels of Truth

It is not surprising that many people are looking for a new and different approach to losing weight. People tend to seek a new approach when they used before did not work. Although the approach to make them lose weight, it does not Last several surveys have shown that almost anyone who has tried to lose weight - and that many people - have tried a variety of different approaches .

In survey adult, general arrangements and exercise approach has been the method most commonly used for men and women, followed by vitamins, straighten your relationship meals, counter products, participation in a weight loss program and not supplements. In a separate survey of young people skipping meals was a Method used by nearly half of women (interestingly, men do not seem to use this method). With so many approaches to try, the idea of a new and different not only logical, it is attractive.

The science of weight management as we know it's only about fifty years, a baby in the world of science. In the early 1960s, famine has been the therapeutic treatment of choice. This trend is particularly diabolical was followed by diets low calorie foods that include limited, then passes savings to the protein modified fast tool to the idea of the food completely out of the equation weight loss. If you are more than a few decades, you probably remember these approaches and can attest that they have rarely resulted in sustained weight loss.

Fortunately, the science of weight management has progressed over the years. Dr. Albert Stunkard, a researcher who said in 1950 that 95% of diets fail, often speaks of progress has been made in the treatment of weight management as it stretched discouraging statistic over fifty years. In an article published in the 1990s on the subject in the prestigious journal American Journal of Medicine, THE Dr.Stunkard attributes progress to the recognition of a verity of factors must be included in a comprehensive weight loss. He also attributed the improved success rate of weight loss at the realization that weight management can not be considered once the body must stay as it is, or a combination of both. But the number of approaches a person can take to create deficit heat is infinite.

So the question is whether the plan is healthy food. Is it nutritionally complete? T it encourage healthy eating habits? It is possible to eat just enough bacon or biscuits chocolate smart throughout the day to create the calorie deficit you need to lose weight. But your goal is to get your nutrition essential for healthy meals from all food groups.

Because you are a unique individual with your own personality, lifestyle, preferences and style of eating, the path you follow to achieve sustained weight loss should be yours. The nation of a unique approach that works for everyone could hold true if we were all the same. The laws of thermodynamics for weight loss are universal, but the laws of human nature holds true as well.

To lose weight and keep it, it is essential to find the method that suits you best. The diet of your preferences and your lifestyle? Is this is it encourage healthy eating habits, you can stay in place? Counting calories and write is an effective approach for self-monitoring food intake for many people, but this does not mean it is fair to everyone. For some people, to find another mechanism that will ensure that eating fewer calories than they expend is preferable. The guideline is to control food intake - the approach of how this is done varies.

The quest for weight management is credible today define and refine the factors that are essential to a comprehensive program of weight loss and provide a set of guidelines that reflect the findings. For example, the weighting of evidence shows that approximately sixty to ninety minutes of moderate physical activity per day is associated with sustained weight loss. Science does not say that the exercise should be walking or swimming or it has to be done in one session or spread throughout the day. Your approach is how you create the caloric deficit needed to lose weight.

Why Calorie Counting Doesn’t Work for Weight Loss...

Most people believe that calories are the "enemy", since eating excess calories leads to excess fat, right? That’s why most people believe that the fastest way to lose weight is to cut way back on calories each day.

After all, if a dieter is eating 2,500 calories per day and they decide to cut back to 1,500 calories per day – then obviously those extra 1,000 calories have to result in weight loss, right?

Well, actually this is not exactly true.

In fact, if you try to cut your calories too much (via starving yourself and skipping meals) then you'll quickly reach a dieting "plateau" (a point where the scale refuses to drop any lower no matter how little your are eating).

Firstly, let’s talk about how the average person begins a new diet...

The scenario usually sounds something like this...

One day you look in the mirror and see that your clothes are fitting tighter than normal, and you look more overweight than normal. ...And on this day you get “angry” with yourself, you’re angry with what you see in the mirror – and you decide that you’re going to lose weight no matter what it takes.

You are filled with lots of motivation and anger on this day, and you feel determined to do whatever it takes to get slimmer.
So what's the first thing you do?

...You begin skipping meals and cutting way back on calories in an attempt to starve yourself thinner, since you're convinced that calories are the enemy.

Anyway, the above scenario is how you begin your “starvation diet.”

On the first day of dieting you feel so “motivated” to lose weight that you decide to skip breakfast.

Unfortunately, this motivation doesn't last for long, because after a few hours your hunger begins making you feel weak -- because your body is not accustomed to "skipping meals" like this, and your body is not accustomed to being without calories for so long.

Anyway, by the time lunchtime arrives you’re so hungry (and weak) that you feel absolutely miserable --- but yet you bravely tell yourself that you can handle this diet (because after all, you certainly don’t want to feel like a quitter).

So you perhaps have a piece of fruit for lunch (or perhaps another small food item instead), since you're still convinced that you can starve yourself thinner.

Finally, hours later when dinnertime arrives you’re so miserable and hungry that you have a major headache – and this is the moment when you finally begin to realize that starving yourself might not be such a good idea after all.

After this first day of starving yourself you feel horrible, but you’re determined to stick to your diet since you don't want to be a quitter so soon -- so you’ll likely hold out for another few days on this diet.

Or, if you are particularly brave then you may even hold out for a week or two.

However, regardless of how long you actually hold out -- you won't get any slimmer and the final result will still be the same.

You see, even after two weeks of starving yourself you won’t have achieved any serious weight loss at all. In fact, your body will still look the same when you look in the mirror.

Why is this true?

This is true because most of the weight lost during a “starvation diet” is just water weight, and not real fat loss.

You must remember that any “water weight” lost during a starvation diet will be gained back immediately when you stop dieting and start eating normally again.

Also, whenever you starve yourself you cause a “hidden” factor to come into play...

You see, whenever you starve yourself your body will begin burning fewer calories each day.

For instance, let’s say that you normally eat about 3,,000 calories per day.

....But then you suddenly cut way back on calories -- so that you're now eating only 1,000 calories per day.

Guess what happens?

Even though you’re eating 2,000 fewer calories per day your body will begin burning 2,000 fewer calories per day – so in reality your weight will remain the same even though you’re eating 2,000 fewer calories per day.

When this happens the scale will stop going down regardless of how little you are eating each day, and this is known as a weight loss “plateau.”

This is why most starvation dieters cannot make the scale go down anymore after just two weeks of dieting. They all hit a “plateau” where the scale just refuses to go down any further, no matter how little they are eating each day.

Now you know why you’ve always failed when trying to starve yourself in the past, since it’s just not possible to lose weight by starving yourself.

The truth is that “serious” weight loss can never be achieved by starvation dieting.

Serious weight loss can only be achieved by giving your body the right types of calories at the correct times each day, which is something that we talk about below...

Your body is actually like a big “engine” -- and the truth is that your body needs all 3 types of calories (protein, carbs, and fat) to some degree.

To begin losing weight fast i recommend using the new Fat Burning Diet from Fat Loss 4 Idiots -- because it does not require any calorie counting (it's one of the only diets in the world which forces fast weight loss without the need to count calories).

You can begin this new diet right here.

A Weight Loss Plan Which Is Fun To Implement

Michael Jordan
Now I am not sure about you, but I find it so hard to diet and to lose weight. The weight loss programs and diets that I have tried are just so boring. They are also very hard to implement as they are asking me to give up foods which I know that I will not be able to. What we need is a weight loss program which is actually fun to implement.

My name is Steve Hill. My own weight problems began when my parents decided to turn vegetarian. I was eleven years of age at the time and basically decided to give it a go as well. My mum cooked the meals you see.

Click Here to get instant access to your weight loss program!

This was twenty-one years ago, at this point there were not many different options of food for people who were vegetarians. I was not at all impressed with the food I was given and missed eating meat in a big way. I would normally be hungry after meals and would then start to eat snack type foods. I only gradually put on more weight and people did not really comment for a couple of years.

As soon as people did notice, it was like a vicious circle. They would taunt me at school, I would come home all depressed and would then comfort eat, to make myself feel better.

A few years ago I went about looking for ways to help me to lose weight. I tried many diets but without success. I have to say it was not that anything was wrong with the actual diet, it was that, that particular diet did not suit me.

I am the type of person who needs to enjoy something to keep my interest in it. This is why I found school a struggle. Well that is my excuse anyway.

The Fun Way To Lose Weight www.fatlosslafit.com

On a Saturday night a few years ago, I went out for a few beers with a good friend of mine (Dave). We were having a good chat during which I told him about my mission to lose weight. I explained about how as yet, I had not found a suitable weight loss program.

Dave suggested that I should take up a sport, something competitive which I could get my teeth into. I thought about what he had said and agreed that this could be the way to go.

I asked him if he would like a game of tennis three or four times a week. Dave stated that this might be a bit much as he played six a side football twice a week.

He did not want to let me down however, and then asked if I would like to join his six a side team. I will give it a go, I replied.

I came home rather drunk, but also rather pleased with myself. I now had a weight loss plan which I was sure would work. There will be no quick fix, however this amount of exercise, over a sustained period of time, must have a positive affect on my weight, my fitness and my health.

With this program, I am also able to basically eat what I want, when I want.

It did take quite a while as I had predicted, to reach a weight I was happy with. This was not a problem however, as I was having fun on the way.

I continue to play not only tennis and football, but many sports. This is no longer to lose weight but because I enjoy it.

Two Sure WaysTo Lose That Unwanted Weight

The seriousness of weight losing in most people cannot be over-emphasized. When i am talking about weight loss, I am referring to healthy and permanent weight loss. The most important thing to do is to set yourself realistic goals. The major problem most people face is that they refuse to set themselves goals except wanting to lose weight very quickly! They believe the quicker they can lose weight, the better for them. Maybe true! But alas, they have neglected the fact that healthy weight loss takes time.

There are two major ways to lose weight healthily and permanently. They are: DIET AND EXERCISES.

DIET: Most people get hooked up with fat diets and loads of weight loss pills that promise them Heaven and Earth. Truly, they might lose a few pounds but really, that is not fat loss. The thing about most of these fat diets is that, they tend to lose more water and muscles but they do not lose that fat they truly need to lose in order to stay fit permanently. You definitely without doubt agree with me that this is the most unhealthy way of losing weight, won`t you? The truth is that losing weight this way only temporarily, never permanently. Sooner rather than later, you will regain all your lost weight and even more!

Another major thing that should be taken into cognizance is that, you do not need to want the type of body these so called models have, you should have it at the back of your mind that it is their profession and they invest loads of cash into maintaining that kind of body which you probably do not have. Permit me to say so.

And sincerely, I do not think you need to be like them, do you? We all can`t be models, do is lose weight so you can attain ideal body weight. In order to do that, you do not need to use any of these fat diets or starve yourself to Ulcer. You only need to eat right and perform the right forms of exercises with it. Simple! If these two are done correctly, you are guaranteed to lose weight in a tenacious way and even permanently.

My sincere appeal to you is to eradicate the word DIETING from your brain and focus majorly on eating healthily instead. If you are just starting in weigh loss, try as much as possible to get rid of soft drinks that you take regularly and substitute them with just WATER; Doing this allows you to quench your thirst without adding weight. It is a general belief that soft drinks that come with LOW-CALORIE tags are okay for them, this is absolutely wrong. The fact is that low-calorie do not contain fructose and therefore, make you quest for sugar, moreover, they actually taste awful.

Endeavour to also substitute white flour with grain wheat, o so because grain wheat contains little fat and it is very rich in protein and fiber, a quality that helps with weight loss!

EXERCISES: You see the best exercises for quick and permanent weight loss is weight training. The general belief is that weight training is only for men, but believe me that is absolutely wrong. Weight training is for both male and female. It does not take away that feminine nature in females, moreover, you are only trying to lose weight and not trying to be a MACHO-WOMAN.

The truth is that if you want to build huge muscles as you see in body builders, the presence of a hormone called testererone is important for body building and obviously it is not present in women. Moreover, body builders find it hard to build their muscles just by performing exercises, they need stuffs like steroids, supplements and protein shakes to get their desired muscular body shape.

The benefits of exercise cannot be over-emphasized in this write-up. It goes beyond weight loss. When you exercise regularly, you become more energetic and develop more energy by burning your fat deposits in your body, giving you the ability to sleep well.

Another major benefit you can derive from exercise is that they assist in building lean muscles and enhance your immune system and body stamina. Remember that exercises go a long way in helping to improve the appearance of ones skin.

Weight Loss:Why Laying Off Alcohol is the Best Thing You Can Do

Chances are you already know that alcohol is something that is very bad for you. Not only can your drunkenness end up causing a lot of problems, but there are also serious health problems that have been proven to be caused by alcohol. Most notable among these are, of course, liver problems.

However, there is another problem that goes hand in hand with alcohol that often isn't discussed simply because, of all the numerous problems with alcohol, it is a lesser evil'. Still, seeing as you're interested in losing weight, it is definitely very much relevant to you.

And here it is: Alcohol contributes greatly to your calorie count.

Yes that's right. Contrary to some of the folk tales that state that alcohol can help burn fat, it actually does exactly the opposite and contributes to the total number of calories you end up loading on in a heavy way.

As a comparison, alcohol contributes 7 calories per gram, whereas carbohydrates and proteins both contribute only 4. In fact, the only thing that contributes more calories than alcohol are fats that contain 9 calories per gram.

When you think about it, you should appreciate the fact that consuming a lot of alcohol means that you're consuming a lot of calories too more than you might get from your average meal. Couple that with the fact that certain alcoholic beverages (such as beer in particular) have high calorie contents in general, and you have a recipe for disaster!

Bottom line : Alcohol is going to be counterproductive to any weight loss effort you might be trying to carry out, and so its best if you cut it out completely, as quickly as you possibly can.

Of course in some cases this may be easier said than done, and if you're an addict this can be a tough problem to kick so seek help!

End of the day, kicking alcohol for good is worth its weight in gold quite literally!
